Community

Part of the community since 1954…

Jacques Chagnon, founder of Chagnon Dairy and a very generous man according to all, gave tremendously to its community in product donations or by lending material or by actually taking part in the activities. Today’s generation shares the founder’s vision and strongly believes in dynamic implication in the community. This is why many organisms is counting on Chagnon Dairy’s generosity for special events or group activities.

“We can always count on their help to borrow empty milk crate to build stands or a refrigerated truck to store products. I can only speak very highly of this company!” Diane Gosselin, in charge of Waterloo Recreational services.

Chagnon Dairy, at the heart of your daily life:

-Chagnon Dairy supports over 300 organisms a year with products or contributions that serve their activities.

-Hockey is a passion for the Chagnons. Since the beginning of the Waterloo National Peewee Tournament, the Dairy offers products and gifts to participating teams. During the Magog National Peewee Atom Tournament, players may also rebuild their strength with our great chocolate milk!
“Chagnon Dairy is a first class partner allowing thousands of young hockey players to benefit from this collaboration with financial support and their delicious products! Crémette, the Dairy’s mascot became the tournament’s official mascot… wearing the official jersey and helmet! The area’s youth may thank the Dairy for its constant support!” Martin Bazinet, President of Waterloo’s National Pee-Wee Tournament

- In 2009, Chagnon Dairy donated milk to the Rock-Guertin Foundation. Families that were given a Hope Basket were able to drink this fresh quality produce.

“Thanks to Chagnon Dairy for its generous contribution to our basket distribution. With your support, we were able to give away more than 1 500 baskets representing over 500 000 $ in food. This would not be possible without your help.” Denis Fortier, executive director of Rock-Guertin Foundation

-Chagnon milk is distributed in Val-des-Cerfs School Board’s school, Magog and Sherbrooke hospitals and in foster homes. Chagnon Dairy is proud to serve its community.

-Crémette, our mascot, is pleased to take part in many regional activities. Several carnivals, parades, local celebrations and supermarkets greet her to entertain the whole family.
